CECN Virtual Event: “Energy & Climate: West Coast Edition”

The Canadian Energy and Climate Nexus (CECN) is proud to present the virtual event: Energy & Climate: West Coast Edition!

The event will take place from 8:30 AM PST to 3:30 PM PST and consist of a Morning and Afternoon session.  We welcome registration for either or both sessions. 

Morning Session Overview (8:30-11:45 AM PST):

  • Project highlights, including: Canada’s Hydrogen Future — Risks and Rewards, ESG Reporting in Canadian Energy, Hydrogen Commuter Bus Pilot, Nature-based Solutions Pilot, Indigenous Perspectives on Energy in Canada,  The Energy Remix- Does it make business sense?, and A Toolkit for Analyzing Online Conversations for Solutions-based Policy Development.   
  • Live Q&A session with project contributors 

Afternoon Session Overview (12:00-3:30 PM PST):

  • “Polarization Toolkit” segment from CECN President/CEO David Milia
  • 2 distinct panel discussions focused on understanding polarizing views as they pertain to BC’s current and future energy and climate leadership  
  • Closing remarks
